The Owneh Initiative is a new coalition of Palestinian civil society organisations united to strengthen Palestinian resources but reject foreign donors that are funded by governments complicit in the genocide in Gaza. Over 60% of the current 30 Owneh Initiative signatories are arts and cultural organisations.

Palestinian Arts and Culture Solidarity Collective (PACSOC)
The Palestinian Arts and Culture Solidarity Collective (PACSOC) is an ad hoc group of Global South creatives and allies in the Global North that intends to carry out actions of solidarity in support of our Palestinian colleagues at The Owneh Initiative. PACSOC currently has members from 17 countries (Bangladesh, Egypt, Germany, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, Norway, Palestine, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, Vietnam) and includes human rights’ defenders, cultural activists, artists, scholars, researchers, and arts managers.
PACSOC members are volunteers who devote time, expertise, and resources (or those of their organisations) to carry out actions of solidarity in support of Palestinian colleagues.
